On Tuesday March 17th at about 9 am Rudy Lehman, the owner of Lot 2, was ready to take a shower when he heard a suspicious noise. Upon checking out the noise he discovered there was a burglary in progress and he called 911. Kudos to the Maricopa County Sheriff deputies. Only 3 minutes after the 911 call 6 Sheriff Deputies arrived and soon after arrested the next door neighbor Catlin Hessler, age 21, an occupant of Coltor Commons Lot 1 (13046 W Colter St).
Initially Catlin Hessler claimed to be home alone, but after he was arrested and handcuffed he confessed that there was a second person hiding in his home, Lot 1, and the Sheriff Deputies arrested Brian Holewa.
Catlin later told the police that his fiend came over to visit and asked him to assist with burglarizing the next door neighbor. Catlin did not admit to participating in kicking in the door, but he admitted that he knew his friend was in the process of committing a burglary. He also admitted that he gave Brian Holewa shelter after the burglary to prevent the Sherriff from arresting his fiend.
